What's the difference between "be mine!" and "have me?"

They both ended with wrong--intentionally--marks. Exclamation or question. Be mine have me be mine have me be mine have me. No difference. Different. What if I add, "Oh please?", both would have bad meanings (or I think it is).

Be mine? Have me! Be mine? Have me!
Let me be. I'm tired.
